How to find a title?
To find a book, click on 'Find a Title'.You may search by title, author and publisher or by ISBN. To help your search, you can enter as little information you know about the title e.g. Midsummer instead of Midsummer Night's Dream. The more accurate you can be, the faster the response. You also have the choice to search with the first word or a word contained in the title, author or publisher. The fastest method of searching is to use the ISBN, which is printed on the back of all books. This unique number will identify the book and provide you with up-to-date information on it.
When you have found a book, you will be presented with details, including price and estimated delivery. To find out more, click on the ISBN number, this will provide you with even more information including in many instances an illustration of the front cover, description, etc. To order or save a book, click on the 'add' button, this places this book in the shopping basket.
Registration
Before you can order, we will ask you to register, if you have not already done so. Please provide us with as much information as possible; you must enter as a minimum your name and e-mail address. You may now place your order. We will quickly e-mail you your user name and password, for future visits and purchasing. When you revisit us, you will not have to register again. Should your details change, please keep us informed by clicking on the 'Amend Your Details' button and entering any changes.
Should you loose your user name or password, please contact us and we will be pleased to reset your password and inform you by e-mail.
How to order
When you have found the title you would like, click on 'Add'. This will place the title in your 'Shopping Basket'. It will automatically save it for you until you are ready to buy or save for later.
To order, click on the 'Buy Now' button for each title and then click 'Submit'
Your shopping basket
Your shopping basket allows you to hold books until you decide when to buy them. At any time you may remove any of them. You can go back and search for another book by clicking on the 'Find another Title' button. Books held as 'Save for Later' will be held for your future visits to our site.
Ordering titles with different availability
Don't worry about ordering titles with different availability dates. We will contact you by e-mail when each title is available for you to collect. You can decide to collect them as they arrive or wait until they are all available. The decision is yours.
How to review your order
At any time you can review the progress of your order. Click on 'Review Order Status'. This will show you by title, the delivery and order status. We will keep you informed and will update the order status immediately your book is available for collection.
Cancellation
In the event that you should decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by either e-mail (click on the 'Contact Us') or come into the shop. Normally it will be possible for us to cancel the order with our supplier, but because orders are executed so quickly this will not always be possible.
When your title arrives
We will e-mail you the moment the book you have ordered is available for collection.
